Stage 1: Initial Consultation Package
Price:
$1,300 - $2,180
Subject to the size, scope, and complexity of the website.
This amount can be applied as a credit towards the fee for the (Stage 2 Website Accessibility Audit package), provided it is used within 30 days and no changes are made to the website following the preliminary review.
Description:
The initial consultation aims to ascertain your organisation’s accessibility objectives, undertake a preliminary evaluation of the website, and define the scope of the audit.
Deliverables:
Objective discussion.
Conduct a preliminary website review.
Establish the audit’s scope and identify specific pages for review.
Present a proposed timeline for the full audit process.
Provide an initial quotation based on the defined scope.
Stage 2: Website Accessibility Audit Package
Price:
$6,800 – $12,700+
Subject to the size, scope, and complexity of the website.
Description:
A comprehensive manual, code-based audit evaluating the website's compliance with the current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards, as established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and aligned with the ASEAN Enabling Masterplan 2025.
Deliverables:
Detailed report with analysis of compliance with current (WCAG) standard, issues identified, screenshots and remediation.
Prioritized code-based remediation steps with fixes, clear, actionable steps to address accessibility gaps, categorized by severity.
Compliance accessibility status, a summary of the website's current accessibility and compliance level.

Stage 3 (A): Supplementary Remediation Consultation (Optional)
Price:
$300/ hour or an additional charge equal to 35% of the (Stage 2 Website Accessibility Audit package) fee.
Subject to the volume of issues necessitating supplementary remediation consultation.
Procurement is available solely prior to, or within 60 days of, the completion of the (Stage 2 Website Accessibility Audit package).
Description:
Our audit reports are meticulously detailed, featuring screenshots and code-level technical guidance to ensure remediation instructions are conveyed with precision and clarity for developers. However, queries may intermittently emerge regarding the most effective approach to addressing specific code or design challenges.
This package provides supplementary consultation to assist in the implementation of the pre-defined Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) fixes identified in the (Stage 2 Website Accessibility Audit package).
It is limited to the findings of the (Stage 2 Website Accessibility Audit package) and does not extend to website alterations beyond the audited version.

Stage 3 (B): Retest Package (Optional)
Price:
An additional charge equal to 40% of the (Stage 2 Website Accessibility Audit package) fee.
Procurement is available solely prior to, or within 60 days of, the completion of the (Stage 2 Website Accessibility Audit package).
Description:
This package entails a reassessment of your website following the resolution of issues identified in the (Stage 2 Website Accessibility Audit package). It is the responsibility of the client’s developer to resolve these issues prior to the retest. The retest serves to confirm that the necessary amendments have been implemented accurately and in accordance with accessibility standards.
It is limited to the findings of the (Stage 2 Website Accessibility Audit package) and does not extend to website alterations beyond the audited version.
Deliverables:
Comprehensive retest of issues identified in the (Stage 2 Website Accessibility Audit package).
Report confirming successful remediation or detailing remaining issues.
Stage 4: Accessibility Statement Package
Price:
An additional charge equal to 45% of the (Stage 2 Website Accessibility Audit package) fee.
Description:
The Accessibility Statement is the required document under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the European Accessibility Act (EAA). It provides a transparent overview of the accessibility status of the website, underscoring adherence to the current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards.
It is limited to the findings of the (Stage 2 Website Accessibility Audit package) and does not extend to website alterations beyond the audited version.
Deliverables:
A customized Accessibility Statement tailored to the website's current compliance status.
Description of any remaining non-compliant areas.
A feedback mechanism for users to report accessibility issues or request alternatives.
Information about the enforcement procedure, including contact details for relevant authorities.
